“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. The Directors have considered the Company's forecasts and projections, which allow for reasonable fluctuations in trading performance and have considered sensitivities including severe but plausible downside scenarios within their assessment. Based on the assessment performed, the Directors have concluded that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of this report.”
