“The financial statements of the Company have been prepared on a going concern basis. As a wholly owned subsidiary of the Beazley Group, the Group's business activities, together with the factors likely to affect its future development, performance and position, are set out in the strategic report contained in the Beazley plc Annual Report & Accounts. In addition, the risk report includes the Group's risk management objectives and the Group's objectives, policies and processes for managing its capital. In assessing the Company's going concern position as at 31 December 2024, the Directors have considered a number of factors, including the current statement of financial position, the Company's strategic and financial plan, taking into account possible changes in trading performance and funding retention. The assessment concluded that, the Company has sufficient capital and liquidity for the next twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue”
