“After reviewing the Company's forecasts and projections, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company can remain a viable, going concern for the foreseeable future, particularly as the ultimate parent undertaking, Mellors Group (Holdings) Limited, have confirmed their ongoing support throughout this period. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “Our new venue opened in Canary Wharf in June 2024 and the initial results have exceeded our expectations. Additionally the performance of our original venue in Manchester remains strong and the Board is focused on minimising central costs. This combination of strong site performance and control of our overheads has resulted in the UP Group generating good profitability in late 2024 which has continued into 2025.”
- “The directors are of the view that the Urban Playground concept is unique in its sector which is supported by our exceptional visitor feedback ("a high quality experience with real 'wow' factor"). As a result we are focused on further future expansion of the Urban Playground concept. A third UK site has been secured in a prominent city centre location with work beginning in FY25 and expected to open in FY26. Additionally, we are keen to expand our CSV business internationally, and have already secured our first US site which will open in 2026.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
