- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, which assumes that the company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The company meets its day to day working capital requirements through its cash reserves. The directors have reviewed detailed cash flow forecasts and have considered severe, but plausible, downside risks, and as a result consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “In 2024 the total proceeds of all lotteries managed by People's Postcode Lottery grew to £691.1m, an increase of 9% from the £632.8m proceeds in 2023.”
- “The loss for the financial year of £3.9m compares with the loss of £3.4m in 2023, primarily attributable to a further increase in marketing investment to drive future growth.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
