“The financial statements have been prepared on the basis of a going concern, on the assumption that the core funding from the Council in future years will enable the increased pension contributions to be met. The directors have prepared cashflow forecasts which anticipate that the company will be able to continue to meet it's liabilities as they fall due and the directors are satisfied that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, and for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approving these financial statements. For this reason the directors adopt the going concern basis in preparing the accounts.”
