Going concern
Affirmed

“The Company seeks to continue developing its recent successful trading profile with a longer term objective of increasing shareholder value. The directors believe Smylies is well placed to manage its business risks successfully. The directors have a reasonable expectation the Company will be able to continue in operational existence into the foreseeable future. Trading forecasts indicate the Company will have continued reliance on its invoice discounting facility for working capital drawdown. The directors therefore feel comfortable in continuing to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing annual financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-07-31 vs 2023-07-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
