• “World events continue to impact the UK construction market. Many projects are being delayed by new safety regulations at the planning stage making the year ending to September 2025 challenging. There are signs of green shoots of recovery coming to bear in 2026 with delayed projects coming to the fore. Though 2026 will remain challenging we expect the second half of the year to start to show an increase in Construction activity that we will be best placed to benefit from. We have a new Digital system coming online through the year to better assist the company to manage its day-to-day operations.”
