Affirmed

“The director is pleased to confirm that, after careful consideration and thorough analysis, we believe that Provenir (UK) Limited is a going concern, and we have every reason to expect it will continue to operate for the foreseeable future. This assessment is based on multiple scenarios that have been run and comprehensive modelling of potential risks and opportunities, all of which have been taken into account. We have considered the potential risks and modelled sensitivity around uncertainties that could impact our business. We performed both a sensitivity analysis leveraging the key business drivers for both revenue and operating expenses, while additionally performing a worst case analysis by reducing the revenue growth expectations by 50% from the baseline plan as a stress test to the plan.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
