“The Board has prepared financial forecasts for the current and subsequent trading periods which indicate that the Company will have sufficient resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and enable it to meet its liabilities as they fall due. ... The directors have produced forecasts, including for worst case scenarios. The forecasts demonstrate that, even in the worst case scenarios, the Company would still retain sufficient liquidity for a period of at least 12 months post the date of this report.
