“The Company is loss making and is expected to be profitable in the short to medium term, however it is in a net current and net asset position and has sufficient liquid assets to meet its liabilities as they fall due. It generates revenue and liquidity from Threadneedle Investors Property Partnership LP and Threadneedle Investors Property Partnership LP II ("the Partnerships"), which are property limited partnerships. The Company recieves a profit share for the services it provides to the LPs. The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company would remain adequately capitalised and with sufficient liquidity to meet its liabilities as they fall due and would therefore be able to continue to operate as a going concern.”
