“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the charitable company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, reflecting the backing of financial support from Godolphin Management Co. Limited. The Directors are confident that the charitable company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period to at least 31 July 2027 and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis. In the opinion of the Directors, there are no material uncertainties that may cast doubt on the charitable company's ability to continue as a going concern.”
