“At the time of approving the financial statements, the Director have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Any costs/outflows incurred that are in excess of the cash generated by the external revenues, will be covered by the intercompany arrangement and settled as required to enable the company to meet these obligations. As a result of the above considerations, the Directors do not consider there to be any material uncertainty relating to the Company's ability to continue as a going concern and prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis”
