“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. During the year, the company made a profit after tax of £3,709,426 (2023: £7,679,080). At the balance sheet date, it held net assets of £9,741,152 (2023: £13,431,726). The Company is a non-trading holding company. The directors have prepared forecasts for the 12 month period to 30 June 2026 including a reasonably possible downside scenario in which the Company receives no income from its subsidiaries and earns no interest on its receivables. Consequently, the directors are confident that the company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
