- Affirmed
“As of 31 December 2024, the Group had cash of £0.5m and a short-term inter-company receivable of £540m which represents a cash sweep mechanism repayable on demand. The management is not aware of any reasons or circumstances by which this receivable will not be available to the Group in the foreseeable future. The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The main risks in terms of going concern would be the commodity prices risk, operational risks and regulatory impact on production and costs. Such forecasts include several sensitivities regarding impacts of gas and oil prices, together with potential disruptions to expected production volumes. To manage the commodity price risk, the Group is planning its activity and its investment based on prices of 40p/th for the gas and $40/bbl for oil to prepare the resilience of the business in a lower price environment. Based on these forecasts, the directors have at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
