Going concern
Affirmed

“The directors have considered the financial, operating and other business risks for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, that could individually or collectively impact the going concern assumption on which the financial statements are prepared. In reaching their conclusion the directors recognise that the Company owns a UK entity who performs MoneyGram Global money payments system and services to MoneyGram agents through a cost plus service fee business model with MoneyGram payment services Inc. ("MPSI"). The Company is therefore operationally reliant on MPSI to provide continuing support through the established model to allow the Company to continue to operate. The directors believe the group will continue to support the entity given it's strategic importance evident from continued services being provided by the entity. The directors are therefore satisfied that the Company has adequate access to resources to enable it to meet its obligations and to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. As with any Company placing reliance on its Group for financial support, the directors acknowledge that there can be no certainty that this support will continue although, at the date of approval of these financial statements, they have no reason to believe that it will not do so. For this reason, the Directors consider the going concern basis to be appropriate in preparing these financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
