As such, the Directors acknowledge the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt over the Company's ability to continue as a going concern and therefore, it may be unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the ordinary course of business. However, the Group continues to explore refinancing options with existing and alternative lenders and remains confident that new facilities will be in place prior to the expiry of existing ones.
