“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis. The Company and the Microsoft Group have considerable financial resources. As a consequence, the directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully. The Company has a letter of support that Microsoft Corporation will guarantee the solvency of the Company and provide it with sufficient financing resources for at least 12 months from the date of signing. The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company and the group have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
