“As a result of the above, the Company's ultimate parent, Hill & Smith PLC, have provided a letter of support to confirm their intention to provide sufficient funding to the Company to enable it to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the going concern period. The Directors have assessed the ultimate parent company's ability to provide such support through obtaining the latest consolidated financial statements of the Group, discussing the financial position with Group management and assessing the level of funds available to the Group. Consequently, the directors are confident that the company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due during the going concern period, and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Significant events
- “Performance during the year was impacted with the business focusing on improving product compliance and conducting remedial work; this also meant that expansion opportunities in the US were paused.”
- “During the prior year a one-off operational issue arose relating to the historical installation of certain lighting products. A provision was recognised to cover the estimated cost of remedial work. The issue has been mostly remediated during 2024.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
