Going concern
Affirmed

“The company has prepared a cashflow forecast which shows that they have sufficient cash resources to continue to pay liabilities when they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date of signing of these financial statements. The company has very few fixed costs and fixed costs are recharged to a fellow group company. Cash retained in the business is more than sufficient to cover these costs. The financial statements have therefore been prepared on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-29 vs 2023-12-29

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
