“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. At 31 December 2024 the cash balance was £3.2m and the overdraft facility remained unutilised. At 31 October 2025 the cash balance was nil and the overdraft facility of £8m remained unutilized. ... After making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
