• “On 8 January 2024, the Rybrook Group Limited group to which the Company belonged was subject to a reorganisation and demerger. As part of this reorganisation, the trade and net assets of the Company's Porsche dealership in Chester were transferred out of the Company at their net book value. The consideration for this intra group transfer amounted to £4.7 million. The subsequent demerger, on the same date, involved the transfer of certain subsidiaries (including the Company) to a newly incorporated company, Ryland Automotive Limited, owned by the same shareholders and the rest of the group was sold to Sytner Group Limited. On 10 January 2024 the Company changed its name from Rybrook Motors Limited to Ryland Motors Limited.”
