  Material uncertainty over going concern

  On 20 March 2025, the ultimate parent company, Wärtsilä Oyj Abp, issued a letter of support confirming the intent and ability to provide the Company with any necessary financial support to enable it to meet its financial obligations as and when they fall due and to carry on its business without curtailment of operations. This commitment is provided for a period of at least 18 months from the date of the letter. On this basis, the directors have concluded that it is not appropriate to prepare these financial statements on a going concern basis.
