“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. Further details can be found in note 2.3. Taking into account the base case and the downside scenarios modelled over the Going Concern period, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the company, supported by the AM Fresh Group, has sufficient liquidity to meet its liabilities as they fall due. The Directors have therefore prepared these financial statements on a going concern basis. In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate.”
