“The Trustees have assessed whether the use of going concern is appropriate and have considered possible events or conditions that may impair UKCISA's ability to continue to operate as a going concern. The Trustees believe this loss of income can be recovered through growth and alternative income streams, putting in place an income generation group specifically tasked to return the organisation to a more stable footing. UKCISA maintains a healthy reserves balance and receives membership subscriptions in advance of the subscription period. It is for these reasons that the Trustees continue to adopt the going concern principle when preparing these financial statements.”
