“Management has prepared detailed forecasts for 12 months from the date of signing, and having considered the assumptions and conclusions made by management, and the availability of financial resources, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, and as a minimum for a period of at least 12 month from the date of approval of these financial statements. As such, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”

Significant events
- “Over the course of the period, the market conditions have been challenging. That said, the pharma and life science recruitment markets remain forecast to grow at strong rates over the next five years and continued M&A activity in the industry keeps the workforce fluid, creating good recruitment conditions. It remains our intention that the company will grow organically, and, should the right opportunity be found, also through acquisition.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
