“The Directors have completed a formal going concern review including consideration of future cash flows. The Group made a loss before tax in 2024. At the year-end the Group had cash balances of £1,067,180 (2023 - £1,166,327). The Directors' note Group net liabilities of £7,283,988 (2023 - £6,275,317) but recognise that the financial statements include a Group deferred income reserve of £11,034,234 (2023 - £10,964,115) to cover the costs and margin attributable to long term future year's storage commitments. The Directors have prepared detailed trading and cash flow forecasts for the Group for the period to 31 December 2025, which show continued cash generation in the forecast period. In light of their considerations, the Directors are content that it is appropriate to prepare the Group and Company financial statements on a going concern basis.”
