“The directors have also evaluated the company's ability to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, deemed to be a period of at least 12 months from the approval of the accounts. As the company receives ongoing support from the ultimate parent company, which has itself concluded that it has sufficient liquidity to continue trading and has taken precautionary and pre-emptive actions to secure cash balances and liquidity, the directors have assessed and concluded that Star Intermediate Holdings, Inc. have sufficient funds to support the company for the foreseeable future, deemed to be a period of at least 12 months from the approval of the accounts. Accordingly, the accompanying financial statements have been prepared on the assumption that the company will continue as a going concern.”
