“The continued support of TBC is imperative for the continuation of the business activities of the Company. TBC has confirmed its continued support in writing which covers a period no less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Based on the 2025 performance, the financial year to date for 2025, current 2025 forecasts and business projections, our current best estimates of market demand, timing of cash receipts and expenditures, and our ability to rely on TBC for continued support, the directors are of the opinion that the Company will continue in operational existence, as a going concern, for the foreseeable future.”
