“The Directors are satisfied that the Company has adequate financial resources, including access to Eni financial resources, to continue to operate for the foreseeable future being at least than twelve months from the date of signing of these financial statements and meet its obligations as they fall due. The Company's forecasts and projections demonstrate that its assets are expected to generate free cash flow over the twelve months from the date of this report. Any cash flow or liquidity shortages will be balanced by the company's participation in Eni Treasury Agreement and the availability of funds and lines of credit from Eni. Therefore, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the company is well placed to manage its business risks and generate sufficient funds to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
