“The charity has a healthy level of cash and net assets and the Trustees are confident that funding at a similar level to previous years will be forthcoming, even though not all amounts have been secured at this stage. If there were to be a reduction of income, since much of the Charity's expenditure is discretionary, this could be reduced, without seriously curtailing the charity's activities. Having considered these risks and subsequent mitigations, the Trustees reasonably expect the Charity to have adequate resources to continue operating for the foreseeable future.”
