“The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for a period to 31 March 2026 which indicate that, taking account of reasonably possible downsides, the Group and parent company will have sufficient funds to meet their liabilities as they fall due for that period... directors are confident that the group and parent company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet their liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

- “On 1 July 2024 the directors of one of the subsidiaries, Chemilines Limited, took the decision to cease trading following a strategic review of the businesses operations. The directors are planning an orderly wind down of the business seeking to maximise the recovery of assets. As at 17 October 2024 the wind down process is underway and notices have been served to all staff and assets are in the process of beaing realised. The bank overdraft facilities have been relinquished in June 2024 as these are no longer required. In July 2024 the bank have confirmed its intention to continue to provide the invoice discounting facility for the duration of the wind down. period that it is required.”
