“The directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis, as they believe that no material uncertainties exist. This assessment is based upon Kirklees Council providing the level of funding already agreed until 31 March 2025 and the indicative funding for the following years to 31 March 2027. The budgeted income and expenditure is sufficient with this level of funding for the charity to be able to continue as a going concern.”
