“It is our view, to the best of our current knowledge, that the macro-economic risks as outlined on page 8 of the Strategic Report will not have a material adverse impact on the company's ability to continue as a going concern. The directors have considered projections for a period until 31 December 2026. Based on the outcome of these projections, which takes into account the risks and uncertainties arising from macro-economic factors, the directors are satisfied that it is appropriate to use the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
