- Audit opinion
- Unqualified (clean)
- Going concern
- Affirmed
“Whilst the Group remains dependent on a single source of revenue from Lexington Partners L.P., the director is not aware of any reason that this agreement will be terminated in the foreseeable future. The nature of the agreement with Lexington Partners L.P. provides a high degree of certainty that the Group will continue to be profitable and, historically, the Group has received income in a timely manner in order to manage its obligations (which are relatively predictable in nature). As a result, the director believes that the Group and the Company are well placed to manage its business risks successfully and the director has a reasonable expectation that the Group and the Company have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being at least one year from the date these financial statements have been approved. Accordingly, the director continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and accounts. Lexington Partners L.P. has committed to providing additional funding in the event that it is required to fund the Group's continuing operations.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
