“The company was in net current liabilities position as at 31 December 2024. This position was due to amounts payable to group undertakings. The main creditor to the company, London and Regional Properties Limited, has confirmed that it will not call for the repayment of the outstanding amount of £27.0m within 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, if this were to mean the company would not be able to meet its liabilities as they fell due. A Board approved forecast, which includes cash flow projections for at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements, has been prepared. The directors are comfortable having regard to the available facilities and projected liquidity that the company, with the continued financial support of intermediate parent company, London and Regional Group Property Holdings Ltd, has sufficient cash headroom and will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing of the financial statements. The directors have received confirmation that London and Regional Group Property Holdings Ltd intends to support the company for at least 12 months after these financial statements are signed. Based upon this view these financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
