“The director has considered the Company's current and future prospects and the Company's availability of financing through the going concern assessment for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Company is party to a cash pooling arrangement and as such is therefore dependent upon the continuing support of the group. The director has obtained a letter of support from SABIC International Holdings BV confirming that they will provide support if needed to the Company for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The director has assessed the ability of SABIC International Holdings BV to provide this support and have no concerns. The director is therefore satisfied that the Company can continue to pay its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from approval of these financial statements. For this reason, the director continues to adopt the going concern basis of preparation for these financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
