“The Company's business activities, together with the factors likely to affect its future development, financial position and financial risk management objectives have been considered by the Board. The Directors anticipate that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least twelve months from the date of this report. These financial statements have therefore been prepared on a going concern basis. In assessing the Company's ability to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, the management team have prepared a set of forecasts which take into account the Company's present plans, expectations and intentions as well as its performance post year-end.”

• “The Company has changed its year-end to 31 December to align with its new ultimate parent undertaking following a change of ownership of its wider group (see Note 23).”
• “During the period, the Company's indirect parent, InsurEvo Group Limited, was acquired by Riser Topco VI LLC. With effect from 16 August 2024, the Company's ultimate parent undertaking is Riser Holdings LP, which is incorporated in the United States.”
• “Following the year-end, global stock markets have experienced significant volatility in connection with the introduction of extensive new tariffs in the United States. At this stage, it is too early to judge the impact of these tariffs on economic growth in the UK and elsewhere, or on the appetite of UK customers to travel abroad and purchase travel insurance. The Directors are monitoring developments closely.”
