“As presented in the statement of financial position, the company and Group has sufficient financial resources to meet its day-to-day working capital requirements. The company's and Group's forecast, taking into account reasonably possible changes in trading performance show that the company and Group will be able to operate, within the sources of funding currently available. Having considered these forecasts and impact of external factors to date, the directors believe that there are no material uncertainties that lead to significant doubt on the company's and Group's ability to continue in business for at least 12 months, accordingly the accounts continue to be prepared on a going concern basis.”
