- “The Company ceased trading during the reporting period. On 29 January 2024, the Company reduced its share capital to £1 by way of capital reduction. Such a reduction was effected by cancelling paid up share capital of 9,911,412 ordinary shares of £1 each. On 30 April 2024, the directors of the Company approved an interim dividend of £12,311,139.71 to Brenntag UK Holding Limited. It was resolved that the dividend be settled via the in-specie transfer of £12,311,139.71 of the intercompany debtor due to the Company from Brenntag UK Limited, which following the dividend was reduced to £1.”
