“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the director's use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the group's or the parent company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

Significant events
- “The Group benefited from the first full year of trading for the Madrid gallery and the newly refurbished London gallery. The Group opened a new prestigious gallery at a prominent location in Madrid in May 2023. It was an ambitious project, but it is already one of the leading galleries in the Group's portfolio.”
- “The Group launched its new London gallery at New Bond Street in 2023 that is 5 times larger than the previous gallery and therefore able to exhibit significantly more artworks. It also has access to outdoor courtyard where sculptures are being displayed.”
- “During the year, the Group incorporated two new subsidiaries in the United States and Switzerland with shareholdings of 57.5% and 100% respectively. As at the year end, the Group recognised a full impairment of its investment in its South Korean subsidiary, as the investment is no longer considered to be recoverable due to the subsidiary's continued loss-making performance. In addition, the group recognised a deemed disposal of one of its French subsidiaries as a result of the entity being dissolved subsequent to the year end.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
