“The Directors have concluded the Group has adequate resources and liquidity to continue in operational existence in order to provide this support, if required, until 30th September 2026. On the basis of their assessment of the Company's financial position and outlook, and of the enquiries made of Group, the Directors are satisfied that they have a reasonable basis upon which to conclude that the Company is able to meet its liabilities as they fall due through to 30th September 2026 and therefore consider it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
