“The directors have no reason to believe that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt the ability of this company to continue as is or its ability to continue with current financing arrangements. It is the group policy to provide internal funding for companies and the Eurofins NSC Treasury monitor the cash for all UK companies on a daily basis. Further, the parent company is also managing a capital increase for all UK companies whenever needed to improve the equity position. In view of the above the directors believe that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
