“The directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. In applying the going concern basis the directors have considered global economic conditions. The group remains in a strong trading and cash position with the parent company continuing to provide financial support. On this basis, at the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have an expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements.”
