“R&D funding has been secured for financial year commencing 1 April 2025 and, based on management cash flow analysis prepared for the period up to March 2027, the Company is forecast to be liquid. Consequently, the Directors are confident that the Company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements and, that there are no events nor circumstances that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”
