  During the year, the Directors announced their intention to cease trading. The business transferred its trade assets and liabilities at book value to EcoOnline UK Ltd, a related entity on 31 December 2024. The company is then expected to continue to remain in existence for at least seven years, without any trading activity. In these circumstances it is not appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. As the company transferred its trade assets and liabilities at book value, the directors have determined that the accounting policies applied to individual items should be consistent with those adopted in the prior year.
