“The wider group has bank loan facilities and shareholder loans in place until 2029. The directors have prepared base and sensitised forecasts for a period at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. These show that the group is expecting to be able to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due and meet the covenants for the foreseeable future. Given the above, the directors believe that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
