“The Group has in place a £55.0 million revolving credit facility with Wells Fargo Capital Finance. This facility will support the future growth of the business. In preparing the financial statements the Directors have performed a detailed review of the Group's projected cash flows, liquidity headroom and covenant compliance for the period to the end of January 2027. The forecast has been developed in line with the Groups' trading strategy. In considering the going concern assessment the Directors have prepared a reasonable downside scenario with regard to trading over this period. As of August 2025, the Group had a net cash position of £7.3 million and complied with its financial covenants. The group retains significant head room within its revolving credit facility borrowing facility. Based on the analysis performed above, in the opinion of the directors, the Group is expected to be able to continue trading within its current debt and liquidity facilities and consequently the financial statements are presented on a going concern basis.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
