“The Directors believe that the Company's financial statements should be prepared on a going concern basis and have considered a period of twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. After reviewing the Company's forecasts and projections, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the signing of the financial statements. As such the Company continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing it's financial statements”
