“The directors have obtained a letter of support from the company's ultimate parent company, Ulster Carpet Mills (Holdings) Limited which confirms that for a period of not less than twelve months following the signing of these financial statements that it will provide such financial support as is necessary to enable the company to meet its liabilities and obligations as and when they fall due. Furthermore, the parent company undertakes not to seek repayment of any intercompany balances or amounts owed to them should that impact the going concern ability of the company.”
