“The directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The company is reliant on a £24m rolling credit facility to fund working capital requirements, renewable on 31st May each year. The directors have prepared a cash flow forecast for the going concern period which demonstrates that the company has sufficient resources to meet it's liabilities as they fall due throughout the period, provided that the company's rolling credit facility remains available. The company is trading profitably and the directors expect this to continue and therefore the covenants of the credit facility are being met. This means that the rolling credit facility will remain available and therefore directors consider it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
